Because everyone wants to feel comfortable and nothing should stand in the way of a relaxing evening, the Avarus Swingersclub Berlin have rules that apply to everyone.

Cell phones, cameras, smartwatches and all other devices that can be used to make pictures and sound recordings are strictly prohibited on the premises of the club. If you take such a device to the club anyway, you have to leave us immediately and risk being permanently banned from the club. The privacy of our guests is our top priority! You can lock your mobile devices in your closet in the changing area.

We do not tolerate the offering of paid sexual services! We are a swingers club where private guests meet. Should we find out that one of our guests offers other guests sexual services for a fee, this leads to an immediate and permanent ban.

If you visit us as a couple, please note that you will leave the club as a couple. It is not possible for one of the couple to leave the club alone. If you don’t know each other yet and are not sure whether you want to spend the evening together, please come as individual guests. So you have full freedom to come and go independently of one another. This also applies to threesomes.

The consumption of drugs is prohibited in our rooms. We will not let people in who are obviously under the influence of drugs or who are drunk. Even a reservation does not change that.

Do not consume too much alcohol. If you you behave inappropriately because you are drunken, we reserve the right not to serve you any further alcoholic drinks or to expel you from the club.

Treating each other with respect is a matter of course for us. A no is always a no and must be respected as such! We do not tolerate abusive behavior, we always bring it up in any case and can result in the person in question having to leave our rooms.

The practice of safer sex is certainly part of the respectful interaction. You can find condoms with us (also in large sizes on request). Of course, every couple has to decide for themselves whether they need condoms, but the unsolicited and surprising non-use of condoms is an absolute no-go and can be rated as bodily harm. So: talk to each other beforehand!

We cannot let in people under the age of 18. If we are not sure whether you are of legal age, we will have your ID shown at the entrance.

Please respect our dress code! Street clothes, jeans, street shoes, checkered shirts and a generally unkempt appearance are not welcome with us and unfortunately lead to the fact that we do not let you in or ask you to move. Always aware that you are attending an erotic event and want to seduce others with your sight. You can find more information on the topic of dress codes at the respective events.

For your own safety, food and drinks are not permitted in our wellness and play area. Glass splinters are dangerous and leftover food is definitely not appetizing. For reasons of sustainability, we only use real glasses and porcelain dishes.

High heels are not permitted in the play area. The risk that you will injure yourself in the fray is very high – and our playing areas should not be “perforated” either. Should we find that the unauthorized wearing of high heels in the play area has caused damage, since you are fully liable for damages.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for loss or theft. Use of the premises and facilities is at your own risk.

If we have to send you away from the club due to a gross violation of the rules, we will not refund you the entry fee you have paid.
